Stray dogs attack 3-year-old girl who went out looking for her mother, succumbs to injuries

In a shocking incident, a three-year-old girl who was attacked by stray dogs outside her house, succumbed to the injuries. 

Her death has sparked outrage and anger among residents who demanded action against authorities. 

The child, Pari, a 3-year-old, lost her life due to the injuries she received as a result of attack by a pack of stray dogs in Jalna town in Maharashtra. 

The girl's father Deepak Goswami, who hails from Begusarai, works in Maharashtra. He lives in Yashwant Nagar, a locality in Jalna. It is learnt that the girl had woken up from her sleep and was looking for her mother. 

As she came out of the house, the stray dogs attacked her. She received injuries and deep wounds. The dogs had dragged her towards a nearby plot. She lay bleeding and had critical injuries. A policeman who was passing by, spotted her and subsequently, she was rushed to hospital.

However, she couldn't be saved as the bleeding was heavy and the dogs mauled her, causing severe injuries. After the child's death, residents asked for accountability from civic officials as well as district administration and the authorities. Angry residents say that due to stray dogs' attacks, there is a serious threat to the children. 

Pari's father and his mother hail from Begusarai in Bihar. Deepak's wife wanted to go to her hometown for the festival. There was an altercation. Angry, she decided to take her elder daughter along with her. She left home with Pari's sister, leaving the younger daughter and husband at home. 

When Pari woke up all of a sudden at an odd hour, she couldn't find her mother and went out searching for her. It was then, that the tragic incident took place. The officials gave figures of action in the past and the data about efforts to contain the stray dogs's attacks. But people seek action against the officials and ask for accountability to be fixed.
