BHOPAL: In a horrible incident, a family was allegedly tortured by police and the son was forced to perform sexual acts with his mother in police custody.

Shockingly, plaint of the woman fell on deaf ears and senior officials are dragging feet--inquiry was initiated but no action as yet.

This is despite the fact that she has given an affidavit (despite alleged threats), naming the police officials and mentioning the entire turn of events--the horrific nature of atrocities she faced in police custody.

The complainant woman has alleged that the police forced her to drink her son's urine and vice-versa, apart from forcing her son to perform sexual acts with her.

The son was also forced to sodomise his own father. A minor daughter was forced to beat the parents with a stick. "They wanted us to confess that we had committed murder but as we refused to accept the false charge, they tortured us".

A copy of the affidavit is in possession of NewsBits. However, the nature of atrocities mentioned in the complaint are truly heart-rending. The alleged custodial torture has happened in Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's home district Sehore.

The middle-aged victim has injury marks due to the torture, can't walk easily because of the custodial violence. Her son has  got fracture in hand due to the thrashing at the hands of police and can't work.

The woman's lawyer Virendra Parmar has said that the complaint was made to Chief Minister, DGP and Home Minister. Yet, no action was taken in this regard. Surprisingly, the police officials tried to hush up the matter. No disciplinary action was taken in this regard.

The police had detained her and her family members on the suspicion that her daughter-in-law who had gone missing, was killed by them. However, the missing girl was later found to be well and was recovered from another place.

It was during the course of investigation in the complaint of missing daughter-in-law, that local police officials of Sehore district, allegedly subjected the family to such inhuman torture. Now, senior police officials promise that they would look into the matter.
