Bhopal: A youngster from Sehore district in Madhya Pradesh, who sought permission from district administration to use a helicopter to bring his bride home next week, has been asked to build a toilet at his home first.
A district administration team that went to the would be bridegroom Nem Singh Gurjar’s house in Ahmedpur Nagar village in Shyampur Doraha, were surprised to find that the house did not have a toilet or permanent electricity connection. Interestingly, the family was also found registered in below poverty line (BPL) category, sources told NewsBits.in.
Finding this, the nayab tehsildar Kuldeep Dubey asked the father of the groom Suraj Singh Gurjar to build a toilet at the family home first. Consequently the Gurjar’s have not only decided to build the toilet within two days, but have also applied for electricity connection. “The toilet would be complete in two days,” Suraj Singh told NewsBits.in.
Since the family has agreed to the conditions of district administration it is likely that Nem Singh to ride the helicopter to village Mahuakheda Chandbad Jagir on April 27 to bring his bride home in a royal way.
Sehore ADM Rajkumar Khatri has said that details about the Gurjar family is being collected and suitable action would be taken if their name was found in BPL category.
