'BSP was demanding seats where it had low vote share', says Kamal Nath

BHOPAL: Responding to BSP chief Mayawati's statement that she won't have any alliance with Congress and her holding Digvijaya Singh responsible for failure of talks, Kamal Nath said that BSP was demanding 50 seats.
'Strangely, they were asking for seats where had less vote share. And, many seats where BSP candidates had got 30,000-40,000 votes were not being demanded', said Nath.
"This would have helped BJP, as on such seats where BSP was weak, Congress stood more chances of winning but we won't have even contested", he said. [October 4, 2018 NewsBits.in]
