Girl complains about dirty toilet, school expels her

A girl was expelled from the school after she complained about dirty toilet. She had complained to a teacher who got upset that the student dared raised the issue with her and in turn informed the principal about her 'act of indiscipline'. The girl, Devika, was subsequently given Transfer Certificate (TC). This incident occurred in Ranjhi Karondi government school. The girl then walked barefoot for 10 km, reached the officials in Jabalpur. The district education officer has spoken to school principal and assured that she would not be expelled from the school.
