Kumaraswamy wins trust vote, BJP walks out

HD Kumaraswamy's JD (S)-Congress coalition has won the trust vote in the Karnataka Assembly. BJP members staged a walkout. After the floor test was won, Kumaraswamy termed BJP's walkout as 'escapism'. The BJP had emerged as the single largest party but failed to prove its majority and Yeddyurappa had to resign.
