SC to hear petition against Guv calling Yeddy to form govt in KRN

The Supreme Court decided to hear the petition against Governor inviting Yeddyurappa to form government in Karnataka.
The Congress' petition would be heard in court number 2 in the Apex Court later in the night--at around 1.45 am. While BJP fell short of majority, Congress offered support to JDS but Governor called Yeddy who heads BJP, the single largest party, to form government.
