Dismissed IAS officer to be reinstated

IAS officer BL Agarwal who was dismissed from service gets relief from Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). The dismissal order has been cancelled and would be reinstated with full seniority. An officer of 1988 batch, he was posted in Chhattisgarh. CBI had booked him for allegedly paying bribe to 'settle' case of disproportionate assets against him. Subsequently, he was dismissed.
